The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various operational activities within the business. This hands-on position requires the individual to work with a range of processes related to component preparation, cleaning and testing ensuring safety and compliance in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing units for inspection to ensure they meet required specifications.Operating vac dry ovens for drying components after treatment.Participating in TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) activities to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime.Adhering to EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety) compliance standards, ensuring a safe and sustainable working environment.Receiving training in all necessary disciplines of processes and EH&S.Being prepared to work shifts (AM/PM/Nights) when required, ensuring continuous production.Preparing units or parts for shipping or further operations as needed.Carrying out 5S tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.

Shifts:
This role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts:

Morning: 6:00 AM–1:45 PM (Monday–Thursday) and 6:00 AM–12:00 PM (Friday).Afternoon: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) and 12:15 PM–5:15 PM (Friday).

There may be a possibility of moving to night shifts. Ample notice will be provided if required.

Education & Experience:

Good numeracy and literacy skills.Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous.Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns (AM/PM/Nights) when required.A strong commitment to continuous improvement in all areas of work.Enthusiasm, drive, and discipline to achieve significant results and contribute to the organization's success.Adherence to Company Health & Safety and Environmental policies.Excellent teamwork and communication skills at all levels.Ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring the quality and safety of operations.

Skills & Certifications:

Proficiency with precision tools such as Vernier calipers, digital calipers, or measuring gauges.Experience in aerospace, motorsport, or similar industries is advantageous but not required.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Required Security Clearance:
This role may involve access to export-controlled information and hardware. An export license may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory security checks, export license approval, and, if applicable, the completion of a non-disclosure agreement.
