Our Production Team is Kind of a Big Deal!

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Picking Department, you will be responsible for picking garments to fulfill customer orders. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training!

What you’ll be doing:

Perform assigned tasks by utilizing established processes and procedures to ensure productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and overall performance.Operate machines which includes strapping equipment.Place totes of strapped garments onto conveyor belt and retrieve totes from designated areas.Comply with work instructions as directed by leadership.Participate in plant-wide safety activities.Achieve performance and quality standards as set by the department.Perform other duties as described by leadership.
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Actively seeking High School Diploma or equivalent.Must be at least 16 years of age or olderExcellent customer service skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to hear, talk, see, and distinguish between colors. Reasonable accommodations are provided.Ability to perform basic mathematical functionsAbility stand for an extended period of time.Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
