Job Description
The Digital Department worker will operate a single machine, ensuring it is set up correctly and running smoothly. This role involves less manual work compared to traditional printing presses. Workers will be trained to load paper rolls into the machine, enter orders into the computer, monitor the process, and count and stack products. Light lifting up to 20 lbs is required. Basic computer skills, such as opening a PDF file or email, are necessary. The job primarily involves standing and watching the machine. Tecnau machines are used, with a technician available onsite for any breakdowns. Voluntary overtime is available, with mandatory overtime being rare.

Work Environment
The production facility is large, air-conditioned in the summer, heated in the winter, and humidity-controlled to prevent paper curling or warping. It is a loud environment with multiple machines running. The facility is well-lit, clean, and frequently hosts client tours. Dress code includes tying back long hair and sweatshirt strings, no dangly jewelry, close-toed shoes, and no profanity on clothing or baseball caps.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartland, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
