**Job Title: General Production** **Job Description: $21hr, M-F day shift - must be willing to work overtime as needed** Custom rubber compounding and mixing facility that has been providing high quality compounds for decades We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of great attendance and who are willing to work in a dirty manufacturing environment **Responsibilities include:** + Palletizing Rubber + Cross-training in batching, mill helper (unloading rubber after being mixed) + Need to be open to being crossed-trained and work wherever needed in the facility + Use of hand and power tools, heavy lifting + MUST be okay working in a dusty environment + Great opportunity to grow your skillset and earn pay advancements **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Corvallis, Oregon. Dirty facility due to the production process of making rubber. Contractors will be exposed to rubber 'dust' and will have it on their clothes by the end of the day. The facility consists of three buildings where individuals will work at stations but as a team to accomplish the day's work.
