**Job Title: General Production** **Job Description** Join a custom rubber compounding and mixing facility with over half a century of excellence. We seek individuals with a proven track record of great attendance and a willingness to work in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include palletizing rubber and cross-training in batching, mill helper, and other areas. Start by taking long strips of manufactured rubber from the production line and weaving them onto a pallet for shipment. Once proficient in lacing, you will receive cross-training in multiple areas such as batching ingredients, assisting the mixer, and unloading mixed rubber. **Hard Skills** + Palletizing + General Labor + Production **Soft Skills** + Great attendance + Willingness to work in a dirty environment **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Corvallis, Oregon. **Work Environment** Very dirty facility due to the production process of making rubber. You will be exposed to rubber dust, which will accumulate on your clothes by the end of the day.
