Job Description
Candidates will be working in small teams operating a press machine to manufacture parts. Responsibilities include rotating through various job assignments, inspecting items as they come out of the machine, stacking products, and preparing them for shipping.

Candidates will start as a Level 1 Operator with opportunities for advancement. Within the first 3 months, there is an opportunity to move up to a Level 2 Operator, and within 6 months, to a Level 3 Operator. Each level advancement comes with a pay increase. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA, and stock purchase plan.
Work Environment
The environment includes operating large presses and working in small teams of 3 to 8 people. Expect to get dirty. The dress code requires steel-toe shoes, jeans, and any work-appropriate shirt. The company values work/life balance and ensures employees do not feel like they are at work all day every day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50
