Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team on a 3-month contract with the potential to become a long-term position. As a General Production worker, you will be working on a production line involved in making various kinds of cured meats. Your tasks will include labeling, packaging, palatalizing, and general warehouse duties such as cleaning and sanitizing. You will also be trained to use mixers for making different types of salamis, casing and peeling salami, and meat cutting using knives.

Work Environment
You will be working in a cold meat production facility with temperatures ranging from 40-50 degrees. The environment is predominantly Spanish-speaking, and you must be comfortable working in conditions where there is blood on the floor from meat processing. The shift is from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
