General Production Associate - Entry Level 2nd
Our client is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to work in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** General Production Associate - Entry Level **Location:** Centerville, IA **Pay Range:** $16.33(first shift) and $17.08(2nd and 3rd shift) per hour **2nd shift available currently but recruiting for all shifts** **What’s the Job?** **-Light industrial** • Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and physically load/unload materials in a safe and productive manner. • Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned. • Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices. • Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met. • Maintain housekeeping and perform general maintenance functions within the work area. **What’s Needed?** • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Ability to perform physical tasks such as frequent lifting/carrying, stooping/bending/squatting/pulling/pushing, and twisting of the trunk and neck. • Must be able to stand for long periods and occasionally climb/balance. **What’s in it for me?** • Opportunity for overtime and weekend shifts. • Safe and inclusive working environment. • On-the-job training and growth potential in the manufacturing field.
