Our client, a leader in the recycling industry, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the recycling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Range: $16 per hour

What's the Job?

Provide hands-on sorting and preparation support for producing accurate quality and quantity of recycled paper stock. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while demonstrating safety principles. Sort materials such as paper or plastics into appropriate piles for further processing. Remove foreign materials, such as metals and plastics, and deposit them into collection bins. Stack and band pallets and Gaylords per facility requirements.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Entry-level candidates with little or no prior manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested. Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
