The ideal candidate should possess a back ground in batching, compounding, or blending recipes, with strong math skills for accurate documentation. The role involves proper setup and preparation of batches based on work orders, maintaining a clean workstation, and ensuring proper documentation. **Responsibilities** + Set up and prepare batches based on work orders. + Maintain a clean work station. + Ensure proper documentation on traveler forms. + Understand and measure liquid quantities in liters and gallons. + Work with chemical compounds and mixtures. **Essential Skills** + Experience with batching, compounding, or blending recipes. + Strong math skills for proper documentation. + Ability to understand liquid measurements (liters, gallons). + Chemical handling experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED (no exceptions). + Ability to read and write in English. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, decimals). **Why Work Here?** This site has added a new addition and production lines, which will result in growth due to increasing sales of new product lines.
