**Job Title: Production Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Production Technicians to join our team. This role requires safe and efficient management of plasma reactor operations according to production schedules. The position involves working on various shifts to ensure continuous production and maintenance of the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Safely and efficiently manage the operation of plasma reactors according to production schedules.
+ Monitor and adjust reactor parameters in real time to optimize performance and output quality.
+ Operate and clean production equipment, including reactors, pumps, tanks, blenders, and absorbers.
+ Perform diversified tasks to install and maintain production machinery and plant facilities.
+ Regularly maintain reactors and associated equipment.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues, implementing corrective actions and cleanings to minimize downtime.
+ Ensure that the produced fertilizers meet predefined quality standards. Conduct tests and inspections to verify the products' composition, effectiveness, and safety.
+ Work closely with engineers to refine production techniques. Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
+ Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and environmental regulations. Participate in safety drills and training sessions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
+ Maintain accurate production data records, including maintenance activities and quality control results. Utilize data to generate reports for management review.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, to support the development of new fertilizer formulations or production methods.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Associate degree or higher
+ Experience in Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
+ Ability to wear a respirator
+ Strong understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols applicable to chemical industrial operations
+ Mechanical installation skills
+ Experience working with hoses, cords, tubing, and PVC piping

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00
