**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker and assist with various general labor tasks in the manufacturing of counterweights and steel products. Your responsibilities will include unloading products off machines, prepping them for shipment, and assisting with material handling as needed. You will be expected to adhere to all applicable safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. **Hard Skills** + Material handling + Machine operation + Product shipment preparation **Soft Skills** + Safety-conscious + Team collaboration + Adaptability **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 640 Hour(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Youngstown, Ohio. **Work Environment** Our facility operates in three shifts: 7AM - 3:30PM, 3PM - 11PM, and 10:30PM-7AM. The work environment involves a heavy steel manufacturing setting in Youngstown, which may be dirty and not well lit. We utilize a mix of new and old equipment.
