We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesStage and add raw materials into the production system.Follow and understand production batch sheets and quality directives from upper management.Operate and maintain processing, conveying, and packaging equipment.Accurately perform detailed quality checks.Report any equipment faults, processing failures, and quality issues to the plant foreman.Properly label and package all finished products.Prepare finished product pallets for shipment.Store raw materials and finished products in their proper locations within the warehouse.Abide by all safety and company regulations.General cleaning and maintenance of the work area.Essential SkillsBilingual - Spanish and EnglishAt least 2 years of recent production experience in a manufacturing environment.Physically able to lift 55lbs on a regular basis.Basic preventative maintenance experience.Able to work effectively at a quick pace and methodically.Team-first mentality and able to hold themselves accountable and responsible.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical aptitude.Quality inspection experience.Packaging machine operation experience.General labor and machine operation skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment where you will receive a company uniform and wear a respirator depending on the area you are placed. The environment can be dirty due to the black powder produced. Shifts are 10 hours, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Steel-toed boots are required, and you must be able to lift up to 60lbs consistently and climb ladders and stairs.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 on 1st Shift
