Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Production Worker to join our team. The role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, specializing in the production and packaging of TEXEX Negative Expanders and powdered metals.

ResponsibilitiesStage and add raw materials into the production system.Follow and understand production batch sheets and quality directives from upper management.Operate and maintain processing, conveying, and packaging equipment.Accurately perform detailed quality checks.Report any equipment faults, processing failures, and quality issues to the plant foreman.Properly label and package all finished products.Prepare finished product pallets for shipment.Store raw materials and finished products in their proper locations within the warehouse.Abide by all safety and company regulations.General cleaning and maintaining of the work area.Essential SkillsMust be bilingual.Must have warehouse/manufacturing experience.Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.Must have steel-toed boots.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.Experience in packing, forklift operation, construction, loading, picking, and production line work.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is industrial, dirty, and loud. It is non-climate controlled, requiring adherence to safety standards and wearing appropriate protective gear, including steel-toed boots. The shifts are from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
