Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for the 1st shift. This role involves processing and packaging castings according to customer specifications or Supervisors' instructions. The ideal candidate will be trained from the ground up and should be a good culture fit for the team.ResponsibilitiesRead process sheets to process/package castings to customer specifications or per Supervisors' instructions.Safely use handheld high-speed abrasive tools, files, and/or hammers to remove metal from castings.Verify conformance to specifications while performing air grinding operations.Maintain the equipment, including changing belts and lubrication as necessary.Maintain cleanliness of the work area.Contribute to team activities, including process and safety improvements.Essential SkillsGeneral laborAssemblyHand tool operationMachine operationAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredGood verbal and written communicationAbility to work independentlyStrong attention to detailWhy Work Here?Join our team and be part of a supportive and collaborative environment. The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
