Responsibilities: + Be the Quality Guardian: Remove weld spatter and inspect paint coverage to ensure top-notch quality. + Master of Organization: Stack shoes onto pallets and fill out part labels with precision. + Safety Champion: Maintain Environmental, Health & Safety standards in the workplace. + Cleanliness Expert: Keep the work area spotless at all times. + Safety First: Work safely and adhere to all safety rules. + Machine Maestro: Operate machines, including loading and unloading parts. + Steel Specialist: Use heat codes for bundles of steel. Essential Skills: + Endurance Pro: Ability to stand continuously for 8-12 hours. + Strength and Agility: Lift 25 lbs with minimal walking, and bend, twist, and lift repetitively. + Nimble Navigator: Work in tight places with ease. + Coordination King/Queen: Good hand/eye coordination and motor skills. + Experienced Worker: General labor and manufacturing experience. + Tool Savvy: Experience with hand tools and inspection.
