Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the roles of Jumper Cable Assembler and Antenna Operator. We have 4 openings for Jumper Cable Assemblers and 4 openings for Antenna Operators across different shifts. ResponsibilitiesMechanically assemble various antenna/jumper/connector products and package finished goods for shipment.Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.Learn and follow Q&EMS Policies, Procedures, and Instructions.Support efforts to minimize environmental impact by adhering to waste management procedures and safety protocols.Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Work efficiently to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.Ensure team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements.Follow the escalation procedure for quality concerns.Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.Train coworkers on cross-functional activities for products and processes.Collaborate with support functions to fully define processes, procedures, and controls relevant to team activities.Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team.Solder assembly of antenna products, including pin and through-hole soldering, cable to circuit board soldering, and other related tasks.Ensure product quality and meet production standards for throughput and first pass yield.Exhibit punctuality and maintain exceptional attendance records.Essential SkillsAbility to stand for a 10-hour shift.6 months of warehouse experience.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Order picking, order selecting, material handling, inventory, picking, packing, general labor, loading, unloading, pallet jack operation.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Reliable transportation.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds throughout the shift.Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods of time.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is temperature-controlled and requires standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. Jumper/Connector positions are available on the 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am. Antenna positions are available on the 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, and on the 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 2:30 am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.98/hr.
