**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are looking for candidates to work on the production floor and grow with the company. Candidates with experience in trimming parts, specifically in plastics or metals, and working in a production environment are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include using air tools such as trimmers, sanders, and grinders to trim materials off molds at 180 degrees, followed by a quick quality inspection to ensure there is no excess material. Candidates must be comfortable lifting 15-30 lbs repeatedly, with occasional lifting of 50+ lbs. This company specializes in producing roof tops for buses, mail trucks, RVs, and also makes parts for hot tub spas, tractors, and more. We currently have 4 openings, with off-shift candidates required to train on 1st shift. Although the company does not run 6 days per week, candidates must be available for overtime as needed. **Hard Skills** + Reaction Injection Molding + Trimmer + Plastic / Metal Experience **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Bruce Twp, Michigan. **Work Environment** Fast-paced environment. The facility was renovated 6 months ago and now features bright lighting and great ventilation, though it can be dirty or dusty in certain areas. There is no AC, but lots of fans are available.
