**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for moving veneer (thin sheets of wood) down the belt and palletizing the product. You will also need to visually inspect the veneer for errors. This role requires stamina to keep up with the fast-paced environment. No prior experience is necessary, but you must be capable of handling the physical demands of the job. **Responsibilities** + Move veneer down the belt. + Palletize the product. + Visually inspect veneer for errors. + Maintain a upper level of stamina level to keep up with the fast-paced work environment. **Essential Skills** + Ability to speak and read English. + Stamina and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. + Good attitude and reliable attendance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general labor or production work is a plus. + Forklift operation experience is beneficial. + Machine operation experience is an advantage. **Why Work Here?** We offer performance-based bonuses and competitive wages. The schedule is a swing shift from Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 2:30 am (with the first days starting at 3 pm). There is a possibility of switching to a Monday to Friday schedule depending on production needs.
