**Now Hiring: General Production Worker 2nd/3rd Shift** **Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for assembling polymer insulators on the production line. You will be trained in basic crimping and will have the opportunity to cross-train in different roles. This position requires heavy lifting and the ability to handle various materials. **Responsibilities** + Assemble polymer insulators on the production line. + Perform basic crimping tasks (training provided). + Cross-train in different roles within the production process. + Handle materials efficiently and safely. + Utilize power tools and hand tools as required. + Maintain high standards of performance, attendance, and adherence to safety protocols. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general production, assembly, or mechanical aptitude. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform heavy lifting. + Willingness to work in a non-climate controlled production facility. **Why Work Here?** This position offers consistent hours and the opportunity to work with a tenured team, including experienced supervisors and lead-level roles. Employees are allowed to keep water at their workstations to stay hydrated.
