**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, familiarity with small parts, and the ability to read and interpret English and use computers. In this role, you will work in one of three key areas: Assembly, SMT, or Material Movement, contributing to the production of high-quality electronic equipment. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate or assemble electronic equipment according to written work instructions. + Adapt to multiple work areas daily based on established patterns. + Deliver materials to the point of consumption in response to Kanban signals. + Accurately perform inventory transactions. + Actively participate in daily Tier 1 daily management system (DMS) meetings. + Contribute to continuous improvement projects. + Keep work area well organized and clean. + Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing experience (preferred). + Familiarity with small parts. + Ability to read and interpret English. + Computer literacy. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 0 – 1 years of related work experience. + Training in and experience with Lean manufacturing principles (preferred, but not required). + Familiarity with computers and Windows. **Why Work Here?** Our state-of-the-art facility includes a full kitchen, game area (pool & ping pong tables), TV lounge, and a small library.
