**Job Title: General Production Worker (CAN START ASAP 7/19)** **Job Description** Join our dynamic production team as a General Production Worker, where you will handle basic production tasks such as moving totes from the injection area and caps from machines to the lines, and pushing totes. You will also engage in general housekeeping and need the stamina to walk extensively and lift boxes/products throughout your shift. This role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, ensuring that production adheres to safety, quality, and throughput standards. **Hard Skills** + Ability to perform physical and visual inspections of product + Aptitude to work in all assigned areas of production + Capability to troubleshoot minor production line issues **Soft Skills** + Adherence to safety programs and regulations + Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Standards + Reliability and predictability in attendance **Work Environment** Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to our standard of safety, quality, and throughput. Maintains general housekeeping in all areas of production and additional areas assigned by plant leadership. Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
