**Job Title: General Production Worker / Assembler** 1st and 2nd shift positions available! **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers for our facility located in Coudersport, PA. All positions are long term/full time! we do have 1st and 2nd shift positions available! These are 10 hour shifts. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse, picking and packing orders, loading boxes, labeling, palletizing, etc. For the assembler role, one must be comfortable working with smaller parts and basic hand tools. **Responsibilities** + Perform general warehouse duties using an RF scanner to pull orders. + Box, label, and pack orders, including running a bagging machine. + Use a pallet jack to lift and palletize products. + Lift up to 50lbs and work effectively in a team setting. + Read off work orders, locate products on shelves, and place them into plastic totes. + Label totes with customer information and send them for boxing and palletizing. + Handle smaller, detailed orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy + Assembly of small parts **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Teamwork and collaboration skills. + Basic computer skills. + Attention to detail. + Ability to read and follow work orders. **Why Work Here?** No prior experience is needed, and comprehensive training is provided.
