**General Production Worker** **Overview:** · Pay: $20 to $28 an hour (depending on position, experience level, and shift) · Location: Sultan, WA · Direct hire **Job Description:** Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry? We are currently seeking candidates with all levels of production/manufacturing experience for various positions. Job duties may include, assembling, grinding, finishing, and machine operation. Job duties will vary based on position, but may include the following: · Follow written instructions and drawings to ensure proper assembly and quality standards. · Package and label products efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records. · Perform production spray or dip operations involving liquid or powder painting of manufactured products requiring standard finishes. · Keep up with company work schedule expectations and the physical demands of the job. **Qualifications:** · Team player mentality with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. · Strong math skills and ability to read measurements using a tape measure. · Basic understanding of computers and proficiency in basic computer skills. · Previous experience in manufacturing/production is a plus, but not required. **Shifts:** · 5am-3:30pm (M-Th) · 4am-2:30pm (M-Th) · 2:30pm-1am (M-Th) **Benefits:** This position offers a competitive benefits package for medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as a discretionary year-end bonus, profit sharing, and 401(k) Retirement plan with employer matching. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
