General Production Workers HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for mixing and distributing gel to Vertical Form Fill machines, monitoring raw material levels to ensure continuous operation, and making necessary adjustments to equipment for proper operations. You may receive training to operate equipment to meet daily production requirements and company efficiency goals. You will perform quality checks, maintain accurate records, help pack products, and load freezers/trucks as needed. Additionally, you will maintain housekeeping standards, clean machines daily, and ensure the production area is orderly. Completing work order paperwork is also part of this role.

Hours and Pay

Training takes place in a clean packaging environment in Hatfield with Day shift hours from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Once the Pottstown facility is operational, the hours will remain the same. GUARENTEED OVERTIME!

There will be an extra 1$ per hour during the training in Hatfield. Once they are working in Pottstown, they will move to the normal rate that was agreed upon. (Below are the normal rates in Pottstown)
