Job Title: General Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a General Assembler on the 1st Shift from 7:00AM - 3:00PM. You will follow work instructions to operate all machines and testing equipment to build and assemble quality pumps for our customers.

ResponsibilitiesOperate all machines and testing equipment according to work instructions.Learn how to gauge products as required.Move materials and parts within the cell work area and replenish stock.Maintain production, quality, and equipment documentation as required.Understand quality alerts and report issues to the team lead.Repair defective or rejected production parts daily.Analyze defects and assist with corrective action programs.Essential SkillsManufacturing experience with a recent role in production, operator, or assembler position for a total of 3 years.Good tenure at each position.Assembly experience in manufacturing.Ability to lift 40 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsGauge experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our newly renovated plant in Warren works with major automotive companies, including Ford, GM, Tesla, and FCA. We are a global automotive supplier of pump, valvetrain, transmission, and electric drive components and systems. The facility includes new electrical systems, CNC machining lines, conveyor and carousel assembly equipment, and robotic weld cells. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
