Job Title: General Production Worker

Location: Newark, NY

Pay Range: $17 - $18 per hour

Job Description:

In this role, you will be part of a skilled team assembling electronic components, with a focus on soldering, cable assembly, machine operation, and more. You'll work independently, following clear instructions to meet production goals while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Hand Soldering: Solder wires to electrical connectors and PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).Electromechanical Assembly: Assemble components and sub-assemblies accurately and efficiently.Assembly Instructions: Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.Documentation: Complete production records and documentation accurately.Machine Operation: Operate machinery and hand tools to support the production process.Quality Assurance: Inspect your work for quality and report any issues or discrepancies.Team Collaboration: Work with fellow team members to meet production targets.Safety Compliance: Ensure a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in hand soldering and assembly processes.Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow assembly instructions and blueprints precisely.Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: Entry-level position; no prior experience in electronics or production required. Training will be provided.

Shift Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:30 pm - 1:00 am
