**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. This role involves working in various areas of the shop, including mounting, laminating, cutting, and finishing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of production through careful handling and processing of materials. Flexibility and a willingness to assist in all operations, including cleaning, are essential. **Responsibilities** + Feed board sheets into the line to apply glue and mount digital printed sheets. + Set the correct amount of glue, adjust gaps on rollers, and ensure sheets are firmly pressed during gluing/mounting. + Feed sheets into a laminator, ensuring proper heating and processing to laminate different materials. + Manually measure and cut sheets to size. + Assist in packaging and other labor-oriented finishing tasks. + Move between different areas of the shop as needed, providing support in various operations. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of production or manufacturing experience. + Proven mechanical aptitude. + Ability to lift 70 lbs. with assistance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Positive attitude and flexibility to move around and assist in all shop areas. + Reliability and the ability to learn and develop new skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer the ability to increase pay based on performance and provide a dynamic work environment where there is always something to do. While there may be some smell of paint, the area is very well ventilated. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with 1st shift from 7:00am-3:30pm and 2nd shift from 3:00pm-11:30pm.
