**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Candidates will start their training with a Health and Safety course for a day or two before moving to the production floor. As a steel service center, it consists of two warehouses with consumer products. Candidates will be required to walk for 8-10 hour shifts, receiving inventory, and moving materials. The company will provide training for candidates to become forklift certified or hazmat certified. **Responsibilities** + Complete Health and Safety training before starting on the production floor. + Receive and move inventory within the warehouse. + Walk and work for 8-10 hour shifts. + Learn and retain information provided during training. + Operate machinery and perform general production tasks. + Read and write in English. + Use basic math skills for various tasks. + Read a tape measure and handle general labor duties. + Use forklifts and hand tools as required. **Essential Skills** + General production + Production + Machine operating + Inspection + Basic math skills + Ability to read and write English + Ability to read a tape measure + General labor + Forklift operation + Hand tool usage **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification (training provided) + Hazmat certification (training provided) **Why Work Here?** This position offers growth potential and job stability.
