General Production Worker Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you'll play a crucial role in our production process. Your tasks will include handling, moving, and listing wood pieces and millwork. You'll be packing orders, building crates, performing finishing work, sanding products, and pushing boards through production. Key Responsibilities: + Efficiently move, handle, and list wood pieces and millwork. + Pack orders and build sturdy crates. + Perform detailed finishing work, including sanding products. + Push boards through the production line with precision. + Work independently and take initiative when needed. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. + Evaluate the quality of finished products based on visual and documented standards. + Adhere to Company PPE policy. + Conduct tool checks and perform preventive maintenance on tools. + Take on additional duties as assigned. Essential Skills: + Proven experience in production. + Proficiency with hand tools. + Background in carpentry or construction. + Experience with pallet building and general labor tasks. + Ability to load and handle heavy materials. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Experience as a general laborer, production worker, or plant helper is a plus.
