Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Plastic Manufacturing Associate to work in a clean room environment, producing and packaging plastic parts. These parts vary in size, with some as small as an inch long. The role involves working safely within clean room regulations and following specific quality standards while inspecting and packaging products.
ResponsibilitiesWork safely within clean room regulations.Inspect and package plastic parts according to quality standards.Operate packaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.Pack racks onto the line after covering them.Ensure correct placement of labels and inspect boxes.Print labels based on work instructions.Place filled racks into sleeves and label them correctly.Seal and label boxes with filled sleeves and repeat the process.Report any quality issues to the quality team.RequirementsAttention to detailExperience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to stand for most of the shiftAbility to work safely in a clean room environmentBasic math skillsBasic computer skillsSense of urgencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adhere to policies and proceduresTeam-oriented mindsetQuality consciousnessAptitude for maintaining correct documentationGED or High School DiplomaSteel-toed shoesShift & Pay2nd - 2:30pm-11pm M-F ($19.26)3rd - 10:30PM-7AM M-F ($19.8)
Work Environment
The work environment is a clean room setting with a total of 19 employees per shift, plus supervisors and managers. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hair nets, beard nets/face coverings, steel-toed shoes, shoe covers, lab gowns, safety glasses, and gloves are mandatory. Breaks include two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, coordinated to ensure continuous production. The facility operates 24/7 with security and camera supervision, ensuring a safe and well-lit environment, especially for third-shift workers.

This is a Contract position based out of the Park 100 area in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80
