ResponsibilitiesOrganize edge lines in stacks of 20.Bind edge lines together with a metal band.Pass bound stacks down the line.Work in teams of 2, rotating roles periodically.Perform physical labor and binding of metal bands.Stack and prepare items for shipment.Essential SkillsPrior manufacturing experience.Experience in assembly, general production work, or machine operation.Ability to perform physical labor.Experience in punch press, machine setup, inspection, and machine operation.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious machine operating experience is a plus.Previous experience in construction or manual labor is beneficial.Why Work Here?
We offer a brand new facility with new machinery, providing opportunities for cross-training. Employees can earn up to $20/hr within a year. We conduct 90-day evaluations and annual reviews.
Work Environment
Our facility is brand new and non-climate controlled, but we have fans and heaters for the summer and winter months. The environment is spacious, clean, and can be dirty at times. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses is required, and while steel toes are not required, they are recommended.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, North Carolina.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
