General Production Worker
**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Candidate will perform product assembly and production functions of custom doors. Candidates will be using various equipment throughout their shift, including clamps, presses, sanders, nail guns, hand and power tools, and a computer. Must know how to read a tape measure, or at least the basics of how to read one. Candidates must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs consistently. **Responsibilities** + Perform product assembly and production of custom doors. + Utilize clamps, presses, sanders, nail guns, hand and power tools, and a computer. + Read and interpret a tape measure accurately. + Consistently lift 50 lbs as part of regular duties. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret a tape measure. + General labor and assembly experience. + Experience in production and construction environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklift and machine operation. + Familiarity with calipers and working with wood products. + Background in assembly, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing settings. + Inspection and blueprint reading skills. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a consistent work schedule with opportunities for overtime. The facility does not require steel-toe boots. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northwood, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
