**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The candidate will work on a night shift crew operating two production lines. Safety is a top priority in any role! The position is for a winding operator responsible for quality inspection and packaging of all products. The candidate will support the final step in the production process by pulling products from machines and packaging them for shipment. Responsibilities include printing and applying labels, ensuring quality and count accuracy, managing waste and recycling, loading and stacking materials for rework, banding pallets for shipment, and assisting in product changeover procedures. Candidates will work in pods of 7-9 people, rotating job duties throughout the day. Employees will be on their feet for the entire 12-hour shift, with a half-hour break and additional 15-minute breaks throughout the day. The machines do most of the work, which can make the shift redundant and boring, so it is important for candidates to be prepared for standing for most of the shift with some downtime. The facility is a no-tobacco environment, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, New Hampshire. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.70 - $25.70 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
