**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The candidate will be working on the production line for a new ramp-up. They will be assembling material and operating machines. Once the items are lifted off the line, they are put into a box for shipping. Before being boxed, each part must be inspected. Candidates may also be involved in component assembly. Positions are rotated to allow workers to engage in tasks they prefer. **Responsibilities** + Assemble materials on the production line. + Operate machinery required for production. + Inspect parts before packaging to ensure quality. + Lift and place items into boxes for shipping. + Rotate through various positions on the line. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience in roles such as production worker, operator, assembler, or warehouse positions within the last 6 months. + Ability to lift 40 lbs, including lifting the hood of a car made of plastic and foam. + Experience with visual inspection to identify defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. + Longevity at each job with at least 8 months or longer at past three jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills. + Experience with machine operating. **Why Work Here?** Employees will receive a shift premium even while training on days for the first 90 days. The company offers a profit-sharing program at the end of each year, dependent on attendance, performance, and safety, ranging from $600 to $1300. **Work Environment** The work environment is undergoing renovations to improve cleanliness. The team consists of a 6-person operation. Required attire includes work pants, work shirt, and closed-toed shoes, as well as safety glasses and a face mask. A drug test is required.
