Job Description
Daily responsibilities will include operating and inspecting all sheet metal parts that are processed via a Cincinnati brake press. They will be responsible for changing out tools and dies per orders, using a forklift to move materials, and verifying order completion using production management software. Training will be provided for any skills candidates do not already possess. Average bends per part is 2-3, but sometimes as many as 12. Average run size is 100-200, but sometimes as many as a couple thousand. For this role specifically, candidates will be running about 6,000 parts per order.

Work Environment
Medium-sized sheet metal job shop with a combination of short and long run parts, as well as simple and complex parts. The facility is very modern with a paperless mentality, utilizing digital systems for all processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
