**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** This role involves working in a manufacturing facility exposed to outdoor conditions, including dust and dirt. The primary responsibilities include operating paver cuber machines, performing general labor tasks, and operating forklifts. **Responsibilities** + Operate paver cuber machines and forklifts. + Perform general labor tasks. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience in paving, general labor, or construction-related fields (2+ years preferred). + Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing on feet for the majority of shift). + Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. + Willingness to work 10-12 hour days, Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturdays depending on workload. + Forklift operation and machine operation experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification is a plus. **Why Work Here?** As a leading manufacturer of high-quality concrete pavers, we proudly serve the Las Vegas area.
