**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for an Electrical Assembler role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read schematics, use fine tools, and have experience with hand and power tools. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to use your hands for long periods. **Responsibilities** + Train on the FCSD line with the goal of moving to the level 1 SCI Line. + Read and comprehend blueprints and schematics to assemble products. + Use small tools and fine motor skills for assembly. + Work at the beginning of the assembly process and pass completed products to the next station. + Receive 4 weeks of basic training with a team member and peer assessments on all work. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read schematics. + Proficient in using fine tools and small tools. + Experience with hand tools and power tools (micrometers, calipers). + Ability to use a mechanical torque wrench. + Comfortable with bi-weekly pay upon permanent employment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to bend and move hands, arms, and elbows repeatedly throughout the day. + Capability to focus on small objects for extended periods. **Why Work Here?** Join one of the largest train electronic manufacturers in the world, known for its clean and organized work environment.
