Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will work in the production of plastic balls, including handling and processing glass fibers, and operating injection molding machines. You will be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Your role will also include following safety protocols and assisting in troubleshooting production issues.
ResponsibilitiesOperate injection molding machines and handle glass fibers as part of the production process.Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.Participate in general labor tasks such as assembly, packaging, and inspection.Use hand tools for various tasks during the production process.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Familiarity with injection molding machines and processes.Ability to handle glass fibers safely and effectively.Strong attention to detail for quality control.Good communication and teamwork skills.Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining production equipment.Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a plastic manufacturing plant with two available shifts: 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM, and 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring adherence to safety protocols and the ability to handle heavy objects.
