**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The candidate will be working on the production line for their new ramp up. They will be assembling material and operating machines. Once the items are lifted off the line, they are put into a box to be shipped out. Before they are boxed, each part must be inspected. Candidates may also be assembling components. After the line is attached, items are placed into a box. This area is relatively easier, and everyone rotates to the positions they prefer. **Responsibilities** + Work on the production line for new ramp up + Assemble materials and operate machines + Inspect parts before boxing + Assemble components and attach them to the line + Rotate to preferred positions + Ensure all items are properly boxed for shipment **Essential Skills** + 6 months of recent experience in manufacturing + Experience as a production worker, operator, assembler, or warehouse worker within the last 6 months + Ability to lift 40 lbs + Visual inspection experience identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents + Job longevity: 8 months or longer at past 3 jobs **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills + Machine operating experience **Why Work Here?** We offer shift premiums even during training on days, a monthly attendance bonus of $60 once direct, and excellent health benefits with HAP and a $250 deductible. The team consists of a 6-person operation, and this role will oversee them. The dress code includes work pants, work shirt, closed-toed shoes, safety glasses, and a face mask. A drug test and waiver are required.
