**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for a night shift role. The candidate will be part of a crew that operates two production lines with a strong emphasis on safety. The role involves working as a winding operator, responsible for quality inspection and packaging of products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate winding machines and ensure quality inspection and packaging of products.
+ Support the final step in the production process by pulling products from machines and preparing them for shipment.
+ Print and apply labels, ensuring accuracy in quality and count.
+ Manage waste and recycling for the line, including cardboard and plastics.
+ Load and stack materials for rework and band pallets for shipment.
+ Assist in product change-over procedures for the line.
+ Collaborate in a team environment to perform various roles.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand tools and machine operation.
+ Proficiency in packing and using a tape measure.
+ 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong basic math skills.
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a clean and organized manufacturing facility where candidates will work in pods of 7-9 people and rotate job duties throughout the day. Employees will be on their feet all day, working 12-hour shifts with a half-hour break and two 15-minute breaks. The machines perform the majority of the work, making the shifts potentially redundant and monotonous. It is important for candidates to be comfortable standing for most of the shift with some downtime. Note that this is a no-tobacco facility, and smoking is not allowed on the premises.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, New Hampshire.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.15 - $23.15/hr.
