**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking full-time Production Associates in Delaware to join our expanding Wall Panel division. Due to our increased success over the past few years, we are expanding our production and need additional staff to fulfill customer orders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth as we plan to add a second shift next year, creating up to 100 new production positions. **Responsibilities** + Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. + Walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time. + Occasionally bend, squat, and/or stoop. + Use manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties. + Frequently work near or around moving mechanical parts. + Work in a high noise environment. + Be exposed to airborne particles. + Construct wood-framed wall panels. + Assemble open-web trusses. + Set up and operate machinery such as punch presses, pinners, gluers, and drills. + Set up and use various tools such as circular saws, nail guns, and staple guns. + Assemble various construction accessories for comprehensive framing packages. + Read product design paperwork and plans. + Input information into computers to track material and work orders. **Work Environment** Our work environment includes wood processing and manufacturing operations. Employees may occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions, including temperature and precipitation variations. The majority of work is performed in non-climate controlled environments. Our worksite consists of multiple production buildings with departments for Production, Engineering, Quality, and Fabrication. Shipping, receiving, and material storage are handled in dedicated warehouses. Some buildings are climate-controlled, but most of the production floor is not. Dock doors are often open for shipments, and the facility is equipped with material handling equipment and production machinery. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
