**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking product inspector finishers for our Cascade business unit to handle a rushed customer order from Honeywell. This role is initially for 4-6 weeks, with the potential for permanent hire based on good attendance and trainability. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and inspect portable plastic eyewash cleaners as they come off the rotational molds. + Operate at one of 3-4 different stations with visual instructions and work orders. + Use a knife to trim excess plastic from molds. + Utilize a handheld router to cut eyewash containers to specifications. + Insert small components and apply finishing touches to containers. + Drill holes as required. + Perform repeatable tasks related to the production of three main products. **Essential Skills** + Assembly experience + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Inspection skills + Quality control experience + Production knowledge + Machine operation + Experience with pneumatic tools + General labor skills + Ability to use a tape measure + Packaging and packing experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months experience in a manufacturing facility + High School or GED equivalent + Proficient with drills, hand tools, and power tools **Why Work Here?** We offer great pay with a non-tenure based pay scale, allowing you to advance faster through skill blocks. There is also an opportunity for overtime from the start, contributing to higher earnings. **Work Environment** You will be working in a non-climate controlled production facility with three shifts available: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, and 11pm - 7am. The dress code is casual, allowing shorts and short sleeve shirts, with closed-toe shoes required. The team is small and tight-knit, with 12-15 members per shift including managers. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cascade, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr.
