General Production Worker
**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated General Production Workers to join our team for the night shift. The role involves operating two production lines as a winding operator, with a strong emphasis on safety. As part of a crew, you will ensure quality inspection and packaging of all products, supporting the final step in the production process. **Responsibilities** + Operate winding machines and perform quality inspections. + Ensure products are correctly packaged and labeled for shipment. + Manage waste and recycling materials such as cardboard and plastics. + Load and stack materials for rework. + Band pallets for shipment. + Assist in product changeover procedures for the production line. + Work collaboratively within a team to perform various roles. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools, packing, and tape measure. + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety. + Basic math skills. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. + Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a highly competitive pay rate for entry-level manufacturing roles and values employee integration into plant initiatives, with safety as our top priority. We are committed to continuous growth and development for our employees. **Work Environment** Candidates will work in a clean and organized manufacturing facility in pods of 7-9 people, rotating job duties throughout the day. The role requires standing for most of the 12-hour shift, with a half-hour break and two 15-minute breaks. The work can be repetitive, but the machines handle the majority of the tasks. Please note, this is a no-tobacco facility and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, New Hampshire. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.15 - $23.15/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
