**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. This role involves gluing, assembling, and fabricating panels and other products, as well as operating power machines to trim and drill products. The work environment includes a team size of 5 people per cell, with 45 people on the 1st and 2nd shifts, and 35 people on the 3rd shift. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection are required. It is recommended to wear jeans and long sleeves due to exposure to fiberglass. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATFIELD, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
