**Job Title: Fiberglass Production Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Fiberglass Production Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for gluing, assembling, and fabricating fiberglass panels and other products, as well as operating power machines to trim and drill products. This role includes learning various coating, painting, and grit application procedures, as well as handling shipping and pultrusion tasks. **Responsibilities** + Glue, assemble, and fabricate fiberglass panels and other products. + Operate power machines to trim and drill products. + Learn to push cross rods through grating to make assembled panels or other products. + Learn various coating, painting, and grit application procedures. + Palletize and prepare finished products for shipping. + Read orders and fill them by matching specified products to specifications. + Keep the glass racks full and perform basic pultrusion machine operations. **Essential Skills** + General production experience. + Machine operation skills. + Ability to lift 50 pounds several times a shift. + Experience in lifting, packaging, assembly, picking, packing, and general labor. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, paid holidays, vacation time, paid leave time, and a 401k with maximum company match (4%). Our team is comprised of 5 people per cell. Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection are required, and it is recommended to wear jeans and a long-sleeve shirt due to the presence of fiberglass. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATFIELD, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
