**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The candidate will be working on the production line for a new ramp up with Ford. They will be assembling material and operating machines. Once they lift them off the line, they will inspect the part, then put it in the box to be shipped out. They also may be assembling the component. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is essential. **Responsibilities** + Work on the production line assembling material and operating machines. + Inspect parts after lifting them off the line and place them in the shipping box. + Assemble components as needed. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing experience + Recent role in a production worker, operator, assembler, or warehouse position within the last 6 months. + Ability to lift 40 lbs. + Experience in visual inspection, identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. + Longevity in past jobs, with 8 months or longer at each of the past 3 jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills + Experience in machine operating. **Why Work Here?** Employees receive a shift premium even while training on days for 90 days. There is a monthly attendance bonus of $60 once direct. Health benefits are excellent with HAP and a $250 deductible, and Delta Dental with $0 copay. There is a profit-sharing program at the end of each year based on attendance, performance, and safety, ranging from $600 to $1300, depending on company performance. **Work Environment** The work environment is currently not clean, but improvements are underway as the building is being renovated. The team consists of a 6-person operation. Work attire includes work pants, work shirts, closed-toed shoes, safety glasses, and face masks. A drug test and waiver are required.
