**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are looking for candidates to work in a variety of positions on the manufacturing floor for about 2-3 months due to a large order from a customer. This role involves production support, product assembly, and machine operation. **Responsibilities** + Clean production areas and general shop areas + Clean tools and take out garbage + Setup cells and support production processes + Product assembly + Operate machines, including automatic and manual chuckers, CNC lathes, vertical mills, multi-press, reamer/drill taps, testers, paint booth, and forklift + Maintain safety and quality standards + Ensure production flow and operations are maintained + Keep a safe and clean working environment + Work productively and professionally with teammates + Engage in daily improvement work by sharing observations and ideas + Perform janitorial duties as needed **Essential Skills** + General mechanical aptitude + Ability to stand for up to 8 hours + Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Follow directions and problem solve + Willingness to learn and work in a team **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with production, general labor, machine operation, hand tools, and assembly **Why Work Here?** We offer a very positive and supportive work environment, where you will receive training on all skills needed for the role. The facility is not heated but has A/C. The work environment includes working with older machinery and materials like oil and acetone. The dress code requires a work shirt, jeans, and steel-toe shoes. The shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with all overtime being voluntary. Currently, employees are working 50+ hours a week due to new business. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
