**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Perform basic production duties including putting pots and pans through the assembly line, packaging them for shipment, and conducting quality assurance to ensure the products meet standards. You will also handle light general labor tasks involving pots and pans. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor the assembly line for pots and pans. + Package pots and pans for shipment ensuring they meet quality standards. + Conduct quality assurance checks on products. + Perform general labor tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + No experience required. + Ability to work as a team player. + Basic assembly, general production, and packaging skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation, machine operating, cooking, and cashier experience is beneficial. + No previous training or certifications required; training will be provided. **Why Work Here?** We offer full health benefits, union membership with annual pay increases, a 401k match, paid vacation days, and production breaks and lunches. Currently, the workweek is 48 hours with occasional Saturday shifts. The dress code includes jeans and a T-shirt, steel toe boots or shoes, and prohibits makeup, hair products, jewelry, piercings, shorts, tank tops, and cologne/perfume. Work involves standing or sometimes sitting at a workstation in a semi-clean, organized, temperature-controlled environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
