**Job Title: Concrete Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Concrete Production Worker. You will be responsible for prepping molds used to create concrete drainage systems, septic tanks, and wall panels, including baseball dugouts and concession stands. This role requires the use of basic hand and power tools, working with rebar, and assisting with housekeeping duties. The position involves physical labor and exposure to various weather conditions. **Responsibilities** + Prep molds for concrete drainage systems, septic tanks, and wall panels. + Use basic hand and power tools regularly. + Work with rebar, tying pieces together for structural purposes. + Clean molds after the concrete pour process is completed. + Assist with housekeeping duties on a daily basis. **Essential Skills** + Experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to work outdoors year-round. + Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. + Knowledge of concrete, construction, general labor, and general production. + Experience with grinding and carpentry. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proven attendance record and willingness to learn. + Ability to lift 75 pounds on a regular basis. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match. The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, exposure to extreme weather conditions, bending or stooping, and regularly lifting up to 50 pounds. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ottsville, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
